Users accumulate X points per dollar on every order and can choose to use points on every order or not.
Users accumulate X points after spending Y dollars and can choose to use points on every order or not.
Users accumulate a punch for every order a user submits and after W punches are on the account the user will get Z points to use on any order or not.
Customers login from ordering screen or checkout. Loyalty accounts use phone numbers as the loyalty account number.
